Base Appraisal fee (less than $300,000. & generally under 2500 SF) 325.00
$300,000 to $500,000 (& generally under 4000 SF) 375.00

*These are base fees, for larger properties or outside of Maricopa County there may be additional fees.
Any deviation from normal requirements will have additional charges
(ie. photos, floorplans, priority mail, travel, etc.).
McCormick Appraising, Inc. retains the right to cancel any assignment
if upon initial research the appraiser feels a full URAR is needed.
No verbals or copies of appraisals will be given to anyone
other than the original client (normally the lender who places the order).
Values can be given to the original client and they may provide their clients
with a verbal and/or copy of the appraisal.
The individual who pays for the appraisal is not always the original client.
No recertifications, updates or retypes into a diferent clients name, a new
appraisal will need to be preformed.
COD appraisals are due at the time of the inspection.
No verbals or reports will be delivered until paid.
You must specify on your order any COD appraisals.
Please advise your clients.
Appraisals will be delivered e-mail (prefered), original copies mailed priority mail (fee may apply),or can be picked up at the office.
Re-appraisals for properties appraised by this office within 1 year
will be $50.00 less than normal fee.
